{"id":11010,"date":"2023-11-06T08:53:44","date_gmt":"2023-11-06T06:53:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geoecomar.ro\/information-of-public-interest\/planul-strategic-de-dezvoltare-2022-2027\/"},"modified":"2026-04-17T13:51:33","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T10:51:33","slug":"strategic-development-plan-2022-2027","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/geoecomar.ro\/en\/information-of-public-interest\/strategic-development-plan-2022-2027\/","title":{"rendered":"Strategic Development Plan 2022-2027"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"et_pb_section_0 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section\"><div class=\"et_pb_row_0 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_0 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_3 et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_icon_0 et_pb_icon et_pb_module et_block_module\"><span class=\"et_pb_icon_wrap\"><span class=\"et-pb-icon\">\ue05c<\/span><\/span><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_button_module_wrapper et_pb_button_0_wrapper\"><a class=\"et_pb_button_0 et_pb_button et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\" href=\"https:\/\/geoecomar.ro\/beta\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/4Plan-strategic-de-dezvoltare-pentru-perioada-2022-2027-semnat.pdf\">Desc\u0103rcare (PDF)<\/a><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_column_1 et_pb_column et_pb_column_2_3 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_0 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This strategic development plan was drawn up taking into account the national, European and international strategic development documents for this decade, considered by the United Nations as the \"Decade of the Oceans\" (2020 - 2030).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thus, in terms of international and European strategies, the most important strategy is the one defined by the European Commission \u2013 Directorate-General for Research \u2013 Innovation, through the HORIZON EUROPE Framework Programme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GeoEcoMar has a priority role in implementing one of the 5 missions: the Mission for Oceans, Seas, Coastal and Inland Waters (also called the Mission \"Restoring Our Oceans and Waters\", or Mission Starfish 2030). Furthermore, GeoEcoMar also implements the Mission \"Adapting to Climate Change\" and the Mission on European Soils.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Together with these Horizon Europe Missions, particularly relevant to GeoEcoMar's work on the horizon of 2030 are the Green Deal Pact, the efforts to develop the Circular Economy, the Green Economy (with a focus on the Blue Economy), and the policies to create a sustainable society, where net carbon emissions are zero (Carbon Net Zero Society).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of particular importance are the regional strategies, to which GeoEcoMar has actively contributed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda for the Black Sea and<\/li>\n<li>The Common Maritime Agenda for the Black Sea,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">documents also adopted at national level during the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the EU (2019), the Lighthouse Danube sub-programme of the Mission for Oceans, Seas, Coastal and Internal Waters.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":10984,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-11010","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/geoecomar.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/11010","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/geoecomar.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/geoecomar.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/geoecomar.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/geoecomar.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=11010"}],"version-history":[{"count":4,"href":"https:\/\/geoecomar.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/11010\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":14202,"href":"https:\/\/geoecomar.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/11010\/revisions\/14202"}],"up":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/geoecomar.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/10984"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/geoecomar.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=11010"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
