On March 18 and 19, GeoEcoMar hosted the General Assembly of the CO2GeoNet Association. Within this framework, on March 18, a workshop was held, which included a presentation of the Eastern Lights project by the coordinator Veronika Georgieva, and a fruitful discussion on the progress made in the field of CCS (carbon capture and storage) in the association’s member countries. Eastern Lights is a project financed through the Horizon Europe programme.
