Integrity whistleblowers may report violations of the law that have occurred or that are likely to occur within the authorities, public institutions, other legal entities of public law, as well as within private legal entities, according to Law no.361/2022 on the protection of whistleblowers in the public interest.
Violations of the law are acts consisting of an action or inaction that constitute non-compliance with the legal provisions, concerning areas such as: public procurement, financial services, products and markets, as well as the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, product safety and conformity, transport safety, environmental protection, radiological protection and nuclear safety, food and feed safety, animal health and welfare, public health, consumer protection, protection of privacy and personal data and the security of networks and information systems, infringements affecting the financial interests of the European Union, as referred to in Article 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and as detailed in the relevant European Union measures, infringements relating to the internal market, as referred to in Article 26(2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, including infringements of European Union competition and state aid rules, as well as infringements relating to the internal market in relation to acts which infringe the rules on corporate taxation or mechanisms the purpose of which is to obtain a tax advantage which is contrary to the object or purpose of the applicable law on corporate taxation, which constitute disciplinary offences, contraventions or criminal offences, or which are contrary to the object or purpose of the law.

In the case of submitting a public interest alert, the alerter understands that he/she agrees to the processing of personal data, in accordance with EU legislation.
