Acronym: MARSPLAN
The project aims to support coherent maritime spatial planning (MSP) in Bulgaria and Romania within the framework of the MSP Directive 2014/89/EU, as well as to establish a lasting mechanism for cross-border cooperation in the Black Sea basin in the field of MSP.

Supporting the implementation of the MSP Directive in the Black Sea;

Ensuring the continuity of the cross-border MSP process for the Black Sea basin;

Supporting the capacity building and assisting the competent authorities in Romania and Bulgaria for the implementation of the MSP;

Supporting the development of MSP in Romania and Bulgaria, based on the results of the first MARSPLAN BS project;
