Vlad Rădulescu este geofizician operațional cu experiență operațională  în domeniul geoștiinței, petrolului și gazelor, mineritului/mineralelor și energii alternative, de aproape 20 de ani.

Are o expertiză comercială extinsă obținută prin managementul proiectelor pentru numeroase campanii terestre și marine, de multe ori acționând ca șef de operațiuni sau reprezentant al companiei. Este specialist în obținerea unor rezultate tangibile, cu o evidență dovedită asupra celor mai exigente proiecte. Reprezentant consultativ EMSO ERIC pentru România și lider de echipă regională pentru nodul EMSO ERIC Marea Neagră. Responsabil al Centrului Național de Monitorizare și Alarmare la Hazarde Naturale Marine – EMSO EUXINUS.
